Responsibilities:
- Maintain physical and digital personnel records.
- Counsel employees concerning work-related problems or issues
- Maintain Leave and Attendance Record.
- Prepare HR-relevant reports weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
- Maintain all data records about Recruitment and selection.
- Prepare Employee ID card, Business Card, Employee Certificate, etc.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Recruitment background or experience is preferred
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
