Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Talent Acquisition Specialist at Rabbit will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions across the organization.
  • Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient selection process.
  • Candidate Experience: Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and feedback.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions that align with team objectives.
  • Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the Rabbit Mart culture.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities, including candidate tracking and reporting on recruitment metrics.
  • Employer Branding: Promote Rabbit Mart as an employer of choice by participating in job fairs, networking events, and building relationships with local educational institutions.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a retail or eCommerce environment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
