Job Summary:
As a Growth Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies that enhance customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Create and implement growth marketing strategies across various channels (email, social media, content marketing, SEO, PPC).

Budget Management: Monitor and manage marketing budgets to ensure effective allocation of resources.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
Strong analytical skills and experience with SQL, Metabase, or data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
