Responsibilities
- Own the product backlog for the customer-facing app, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer needs and business goals.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure user-centric, intuitive, and visually appealing UI/UX for Rabbit’s customer app.
- Work with marketing and growth teams to integrate features that drive demand generation, engagement, and retention.
- Coordinate with developers to ensure features are implemented on time and meet quality expectations.
- Analyze user feedback and market trends to inform feature iterations and roadmap planning.
- Support advertising-related features, partnering with the commercial team to optimize ad placement and performance.
- Champion a data-driven approach to decision-making, using metrics to evaluate feature success and identify opportunities.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in product management, product ownership, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
- Bonus: Interest or experience in digital marketing and demand generation strategies.
- Bonus: Exposure to or interest in advertising features
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, tools like JIRA, and wireframing tools (e.g., Figma) is a plus.
