About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People team and help us scale world-class talent across the organization. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partner closely with hiring managers, and help attract top talent across multiple functions. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive candidate experience while supporting Rabbit’s rapid growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in fast-moving environments, and is passionate about connecting great people with exciting opportunities.

What You'll Do

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team priorities.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interview processes.
  • Ensure a smooth, professional, and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and ATS systems accurately.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and help position Rabbit as an employer of choice.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely hiring decisions and process efficiency.
  • Stay informed on hiring market trends, talent availability, and competitive recruitment practices.
  • Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Support recruitment reporting and hiring metrics tracking.
  • Contribute ideas to improve recruitment processes, hiring quality, and operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or hiring coordination.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using sourcing tools and recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, ATS systems, and job portals.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
  • Comfortable working in dynamic, high-growth environments.
