Product Owner – Logistics (Last mile)

About the Role

We are looking for a Product Owner to join our Last Mile team and help shape the future of Rabbit’s delivery experience. In this role, you will own products and workflows that power rider logistics, delivery execution, dispatching, routing, logistics automation, and supply performance. You will work closely with Logistics, Supply, Customer Experience, Engineering, Data, and Design teams to identify opportunities, solve business challenges, and deliver scalable solutions that improve efficiency and customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex logistics problems, thrives in fast-paced environments, and can translate business needs into impactful product solutions.

What You'll Do

What You'll Do Own and prioritize the Last Mile product backlog. Gather requirements from Logistics, Supply, Customer Experience, and other stakeholders. Translate business challenges into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Work closely with engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle. Analyze business and logistics data to identify opportunities that improve delivery performance and rider efficiency. Drive initiatives related to rider experience, dispatching, delivery execution, routing, incentives, automation, and internal logistics tools. Define success metrics and monitor product performance after launch. Conduct root-cause analysis for logistics challenges and propose scalable solutions. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery. Support product testing, validation, launch activities, and post-launch monitoring. Continuously improve logistics processes through technology and automation.

What We're Looking For

2–4 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar product role. Experience working in logistics, last-mile delivery, e-commerce, q-commerce, food delivery, mobility, or operational technology products is highly preferred. Strong understanding of Agile product development methodologies. Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. Ability to leverage AI tools daily to increase productivity, accelerate discovery, improve decision-making, automate repetitive work, and enhance the quality of product outcomes. Demonstrated ability to use AI as a force multiplier across research, analysis, documentation, planning, communication, and execution. Ability to work with large datasets and business KPIs. Hands-on experience working directly with riders, drivers, couriers, or other blue-collar workforce segments. Strong empathy for riders and a deep understanding of their day-to-day challenges, motivations, behaviors, and operational realities. Comfortable spending time in the field, speaking directly with riders, observing workflows firsthand, and translating rider feedback into scalable product solutions. Ability to communicate effectively with riders from different backgrounds and build trust with frontline teams. Experience collaborating with engineering, logistics, and business stakeholders. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-moving environment. Strong ownership mindset, bias for action, and attention to detail. Nice to Have Experience working with rider logistics, dispatching systems, routing, fleet management, or delivery optimization. Experience with SQL, Metabase, or similar analytics tools. Experience in hyperlocal delivery, q-commerce, or marketplace businesses. Success in This Role You will be successful if you can: Improve delivery efficiency and logistics performance through technology. Reduce friction for riders and logistics teams. Deliver high-impact features with measurable business outcomes. Balance customer experience, rider experience, and business efficiency. Build scalable solutions that support Rabbit’s rapid growth.
