About the Role
As an Operations Intern, you will dive headfirst into the beating heart of our ultra-fast delivery ecosystem. This isn't a coffee-fetching internship. You will be placed on the front lines of our fulfillment centers and logistics network, learning how data, tech, and human effort coordinate to hit sub-20-minute delivery targets. Because you are a graduating senior, this role is designed as a fast-track pipeline into a permanent leadership or specialist track within our Operations team upon your graduation.
What You'll Do
Key Responsibilities Dark Store Optimization: Analyze daily store-level data to identify bottlenecks in the picking, packing, and dispatching phases. Inventory & Stock Management: Assist store managers in tracking inventory accuracy, minimizing stockouts, and streamlining the replenishment process using our dark store management software. LiveOps & Last-Mile Support: Monitor live delivery patterns, coordinate with rider fleets during peak hours, and help solve real-time routing anomalies to protect our delivery promise. Process Improvement: Spot operational inefficiencies, propose a "better way," and implement localized strategies to slash packing times by seconds. Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a bridge between ground operations, supply chain, and customer experience teams to ensure an uninterrupted, top-tier customer journey.
What We're Looking For
Requirements & Qualifications Academic Status: Must be a Graduating Senior (final year student) tracking toward a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field. The "Rabbit" Mindset: A strong sense of ownership. You spot a problem, you own the fix, and you see it through without waiting for permission. Data Literacy: Comfortable working with numbers. Excel/Google Sheets proficiency is a must; an ability to look at operational metrics and spot trends is highly preferred. Thrive in Chaos: Quick-commerce changes by the minute. You need to be adaptable, resilient, and energized by a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with everyone from data analysts at HQ to riders and pickers on the store floor.
